School Board Meeting Report Form
This form will ask you to share some basic information about the meeting, who attended, the content of the meeting, and the makeup of the school board. It is four sections long, plus one wrap-up section.
The data we collect will help pull together patterns and public school issues so we can best strategize together. It will also help us flag issues as they are arising, when there is still time to DO something about them!
